Amfetamin s P2P + amonijak NaBH4 reduktivno aminizacijo?

Pozdravljeni,

P2P + metilamin reduktivna aminizacija z NaBH4 je precej pogosta, bodisi v mokrih bodisi za boljši izkoristek v suhih pogojih.

Nikoli pa še nisem slišal za P2P + amonijakovo reduktivno aminizacijo.

Vem, da je tvorba imina z amoniakom zelo občutljiva na vodo in težavna.

Toda ali ni mogoče te reakcije izvesti v brezvodnih pogojih, da bi dobili amfetamin?

Na primer:

Mešanje in mešanje P2P in suhega amonijaka v metanolu, etanolu ali IPA,
dodajanje sušilnega sredstva, molekulskih sit itd., da se zajame vsa voda, ki nastane med nastajanjem imina
in nato dodamo NaBH4 za redukcijo.

Ali je to mogoče in kakšen je pričakovani donos?

Nekje obstaja videoposnetek, mislim, da je bil na YouTubu, v katerem so to storili z Na[BH3(CN)]. Morda ga boste našli z nekaj iskanja.

No matter if NaBH3CN or STAB or NaBH4 plain is used, it only works if you add a stochiometric amount of titanium(IV)isopropoxide. Otherwise almost all or all product will be the di-alkylated compound, Dialkylamphetamie.

Alkyls groups are methyl, ethyl etc… Do you mean that the product would be methylated (or ethylated, etc) twice? If so then why and how would that be?

The method with ammonia in alcohol works poorly, bad yield
