Here’s a little theory on vape packaging

1. normal shop vape

2. open the contents carefully try not to damage the top. Once done heat top seal verry low heat and push the vape from the bottom upwards

3. Continue to dismantle the vape try not to scratch it remove bottom sticker and top plug you’ll should have some unlike this..

4. Now remove the sponge that hold the vape juice and the middles section where the heat element is. Give the inside a clean. Then using a zip bag put say 2g meth in wrap it tight enough to fit in the clear plastic I used but off paper around the outside so package isn’t visible (optional)

5. once your happy that everything looks good continue to reassemble the vape dont forget the bottom sticker and top plug

6.place back in original plastic wrap heat seal it up and place in box ready for shipping

Can just take the battery out and fill the entire metal tube too just shove the rubber thing on after

You probably can but if it goes through a scanner, they will notice internal parts missing

could all so use vape vape juice asking as your goods dissolve

let me show you some trick for bigger transport (my main expertise is smuggling and try to extend it synthetic canna vape)

it is powder; copy that package 1:1
it seems normal nicotine salts (no one send it to the lab in eu zone and x-ray scan see it as powder and yeah it contains powder)
by the way they have liquid form of that nic salts and you can try your luck with it (yeah i love vape and selling it is good business after pandemic, not now)
pack you bigger products, send it officially
you can use many vape product for sending liquid substances
for ex.
disposable vapes use some foam/sponge like material in glass or plastic container to mimic the atomizer
disassembly disposable, get rid of vape juice from that foam (just use water to wash and dry it) and soak your own product and send it like a disposable
it seems a little bit expensive but you can always find low quality disposables for that operation (in turkey disposables are illegal, dont send it)

nobody needs middle man?
us, canada or eu zone is so big man, by the time maybe people do not need middle man but after sales people need it
and disposable trick is good for synthetic canna substances no one suspect that disposable has 15-20ml 5f-adb, 1 liter nic salt pack is good for some others like ephedrine
work on legal packs, buy lots of legal goods and analyze it it is about time and finding something normal to officers for ex. chinese sellers send cell phones in a hdd case to turkey and i learn it from a doctor that loves play with phones, that is a good idea and works like 2 years

This method is a good idea except the scanners would see the crystals of lets say meth in the scanner? Also this method is a little harder to do in the US since vapes are illegal to ship through the postal service. They still go through but the precautions i usually take are using stuff like fill up foam in order to make sure they go undetected. Just a thought.

A thin layer of lead wrap round the vape cartridge that holds the drugs should fix that problem, but I’ve never had any problems
