Dead Drops Building a customer base in Austria for dedadrops

Id like to build a customer base here in Austria/Vienna for dedadrops.

I know I could offer my service on Bazaar but because I'm starting small, I can't afford this at the moment. So
my question is there any way to publish my offers somewhere (here?) for free?

Or how do I build a local customer base?
