V tej temi bom dokumentiral svojo sestavo digestorja za revne ljudi. Morda še ni videti tako, vendar bo ta kartonska škatla v nekaj dneh postala funkcionalna digestorija.

  • prevleko za vzglavnik, ki jo bomo izbrskali za prozorno plastično folijo
  • papirnato cevko iz najboljšega škotskega viskija

  • merilni trak

Čas je, da nadaljujete z gradnjo:
  1. V škatlo izrežite veliko okno, skozi katero boste opravljali naloge v dokončani digestoriju. Ni treba, da sega vse do dna.
  2. Na nasprotni strani izrežite luknjo za izpuh, ki se nahaja bližje vrhu, da bo mogoče odvajati dvigajoče se hlape.
  3. Izrežite prozorno plastično folijo (mora biti nekoliko debelejša, folija ni dovolj), da v celoti prekrije delovno okno od strani do strani, vendar pusti spodnji del 10-15 cm nepokrit, in jo z lepilnim trakom pritrdite na kuhinjsko napo na treh straneh (ne na dnu).
Izpušni sistem je treba še nekoliko dodelati in bo prikazan v zadnjem prispevku.

Medtem sem zgradil tudi to napravo kot stransko nalogo, preden končam primarni izpuh. Papirnato cev sem od enega konca prečno prerezal približno 12 cm globoko. Nastale segmente sem upognil tako, da so se prilegali 12V računalniškemu ventilatorju, cev pa je v bistvu postala pretvornik iz okroglega v kvadratni presek. Ventilator je bil vroče prilepljen na svoje mesto, vrzeli pa so bile zatesnjene z lepilnim trakom. Ventilator je prekleman, vendar nekako deluje, vendar je prešibek in ne zagotavlja pričakovanega pretoka zraka. Verjetno ga ne bom uporabil za digestor, vendar bo opravil svojo nalogo za odsesavanje hlapov, na primer pri spajkanju nekaterih elektronskih naprav.

Mislim, da ne boste dosegli vaše priporočene hitrosti zraka 100 čevljev/minuto, seveda bi za doseganje 100 čevljev/minuto v odprtini 1'x1' potrebovali 100 cfm. Samo pomislil sem, da bom to omenil, ko boste nakupovali in sanjali o digestorijih, da je to tisto, kar poskušate doseči. Manj in energijska reakcija bo presegla zmogljivosti nape. To je le to, kar mi je bilo posredovano v glavo. Ne verjemite mi na besedo🫨

V tej sestavi bom uporabil ventilator, ki premika 1730 cfm, kar bi moralo biti dovolj tudi ob upoštevanju izgub. Rezultate bom objavil v nekaj dneh.

Povedal sem vam, da je najcenejša rešitev 50 evrov (ja, zdaj je 60 ali približno toliko) 500 m3h 150 mm fi PP izdelan vent.
ima še en plus. tako da je 2 ptice en kamen,,, lahko jih razmnožite kot 2-3 kosov, tako da imate izpuh na več mestih, potem jih lahko povežete v 3 cevi splitter (ne vem imena) in se lahko sesa s tlačno vent, ki daje ta zrak v filter (brez izgub iz katerega koli vent)

Tej točki se bom posvetil pozneje. Do takrat bom dokončal to improvizirano sestavo z uporabo stvari, ki jih že imam, in se iz izkušenj naučil, kaj moram resnično pridobiti in izboljšati.

To. To je pravo nasprotje digestorja. To je omara z laminarnim tokom . Ta piha zrak IZ tega filtra HEPA velikosti 24x24x11,5 s certifikatom Neuclear. Pod zgornjim ohišjem je... ventilator s kletko iz peči. Napa vas ščiti pred kemikalijami, ta pa pred gobami, vendar se pred njo pogosto klonirajo rastline, uporabljajo pa jo tudi farmacevti in mikrobiologi. Filter z 99,997-odstotno učinkovitostjo piha zrak veliko hitreje od laminarne hitrosti, da izpodrine atmosferski zrak, ki bi lahko bil onesnažen s plesnimi ali bakterijskimi sporami. Ta stvar mi je dobro služila 10 let praktično 100-odstotno. Po 10 letih sem ga prodal za 200 dolarjev, za katere sem ga izdelal. Laminarni je le privlačna fraza, laminarni tok v atmosferskem zraku pa je pravljica. , da ne omenjam, da laminarni tok ni stvar, temveč meritev, enota za merjenje pa se imenuje Reynoldsovo število.

kako pogosto je treba zamenjati filtre?
Predvidevam, da imate samo omarico v notranjosti in potiskate zrak ven, da?

never, if at all possible. You need a prefilter, which is built into my housing for the blower, believe its a merv 8 or 9. It collects the large particleas and the hepa only has to handle the small particles. Tat 99.997% rating is at 3 microns, but it works better than that at 2 and 4 microns and below and above. The rason they use 3 microns is because that is the toughest point, where the way the filter operates changes from defraction to impaction. It's recommended that you push 100ft./min from the face. 100 ft x4 (because the filter is 2x2, 4 sq.ft) is 400cfm, but that needs to be at the resistance your filter has. They make 4" thick and 6" think hepa filters which have high resistance, 1" of mercury or more, but this one, being 12" thick has a resistance of .5" mmhg The squirrel cage blower has a capacity of 1600+cfm, So considering the resistance of the prefiter and filter it had an air speed of nearly 400 ft./min. Thedirtier the filter gets, the better it works, up until you just can't push enough air through it to overcome your breathe or a slight breeze, or moving your arms. If it ever got that clogged, I would unhook the start/run capacitor and plug it in and spin it backwards. Then it would suck all the shit right back out of the filter and blow it out the top and that's that, refurbished filter. Inside of this 2ft. x 2 ft. x 12" thick filter, the actual fiberglass filter material is 235 ft long or something like that, folded into pleats like an accordian.
It took 1 1/4 sheets of plywood, 2 b 8 ft. 2x4s a tube of liquid nails, a box of screws and basically 4 linear feet of machine cloth (which is the wire covering the filters). I spent a couople of months watching for a good filter on ebay. Someone who had a couple dozen. They need to be stunningly blemish free. If there is a tear in the filter or a dent in it, it's garbage, so don't buy one from someone who has 1 or2, they've likely been kicked around the shop for a year and have dents and stuff. You want one straight off the pallet.
I built this for $200, but to buy one like it starts at about $1500 and goes up from there
Yes it's just a cubical box with a hole in the top where the blower is sdcrewed, there are cleats inside at 12" that hold the hepa filter (the cleats are solid on all 4 sides and have weatherstripping, to make a good seal) the bezels on the front of the filters is made out of a ripped down 2x4 ripped to 1/2" thick

Mislim, da bi bila boljša možnost namesto uporabe kartonske škatle in nekaj vročega lepila majhna škatla za rast z akf + izjemno preveliko prezračevanje. In predlagam, da zrak iz izpusta izpihate skozi okno.
Če boste delali v šotoru, boste seveda potrebovali običajno zaščitno opremo (A2B2E2K2-HG-P3 filter maska !!).

Toda namesto nakupa prave digestorske nape bi uporabil to možnost.
