Extragerea pseudoefedrinei din comprimatele de levocetirizină: Căutarea de îndrumare și consiliere

Am comprimate care conțin clorhidrat de levocetirizină 5 mg, clorhidrat de pseudoefedrină cu eliberare prelungită 120 mg și oxid feric.

Am o întrebare specifică:

Caut îndrumări cu privire la extragerea pseudoefedrinei din această compoziție specială.

În anii trecuți, o glumă veche în cercurile de posesori de Harley și de oameni fără dinți era despre un bucătar atât de verde încât nu poate produce decât "drog de ștrumf" Drogul de ștrumf, probabil ați ghicit, este albastru. Este rezultatul reducerii antihistaminicelor pe care cineva nu le-a extras din pastile înainte de a încerca să le gătească. Leacul la Smurf dope ( cum scoți antihistaminicele din amestec) era să folosești detergent clorat pentru frâne. Trichloroethylene sau ceva de genul ăsta. E același lucru pe care îl vând și azi la AutoZone sau Walmart. Nu am căutat prea mult. Dar presupun că dizolvă antihistaminicul sau dizolvă pseudoefedrina. Apoi cele 2 substanțe chimice pot fi separate prin filtrare.

So says the gang at THE HIVE. It took a lot of searching to find that answer 10 years ago, but you can cross reference there. Probably best search term is "smurf dope" That's definately the chemical they say, I've never attempted such as plain pseudo is in every pharmacy here

hey mate, i have searched the hive for the last 3 hrs and i cannot find reference to Trichloroethylene being used to exract the antihistamine or the psuedo. theres mention of Trichloroethylene as a solvent but not any use, ive searched smurf dope and the copious amounts of reference of it but to no avail, im tired now

This solvin OD tablets are sustain release. It is impossible to extract pseudoephedrine from this tablet dye to polymer coatings.

I used carby cleaner has alot of tolulene some acetone a bunch of others. Not sure % yield but most of e comes out pretty dam clean
