rest of mda synthesis using straw man route

I was looking at a route with good yields, the scarecrow route, but in this route we only have the first part of the synthesis, which would be helional + dmso + hydroxylamine and sodium hydroxide as a base, after cooking for 90 minutes at 85 degrees we add 30% hydrogen peroxide, after that we leave it in the fridge during the night to obtain the amide, anyway I'm looking for the other part of the synthesis, I heard that it would be possible to do it with 12% sodium hypochlorite, but I also heard that tcca would be much better, anyone willing to help me with this?
