Annuncio sull'inclusione di 46 sostanze, tra cui la bromorfina, nell'Elenco supplementare delle varietà controllate di stupefacenti e di sostanze psicotrope non in formato farmaceutico
In conformità con le disposizioni pertinenti dei Regolamenti sull'Amministrazione degli Stupefacenti e delle Sostanze Psicotrope e delle Misure per la Supervisione degli Stupefacenti e delle Sostanze Psicotrope nella Categoria Non Farmaceutica, il Ministero della Pubblica Sicurezza, la Commissione Statale per la Salute e l'Amministrazione Statale per la Droga hanno deciso di includere 46 sostanze, tra cui la buprenorfina, nel Catalogo Supplementare delle Varietà Controllate di Stupefacenti e Sostanze Psicotrope nella Categoria Non Farmaceutica (per i dettagli, si prega di consultare la tabella allegata).

Questo annuncio entrerà in vigore a partire dal 1° luglio 2024.

I haven’t yet received the updated list for the remaining legal products of interest to consumers.

However, I can confirm that @Chemical_book continues to offer all the missing products. If you reach out to him, he can still source products directly from chemical factories in the original manufacturing country.

Unfortunately, the best list was accidentally deleted—twice—within the same day. That’s just how life goes sometimes!
